How to be Saved!

Because this blog  has now received thousands of hits from every corner of the globe and from people of every faith, let me review here in simple terms what you need to do to be sure that you will not go to an eternal death when you die but live forever with God in heaven. God is love and his kingdom is one of forgiveness, love and acceptance. The Bible teaches us that the only way to God and to live securely with him forever is through Jesus Christ. Not accepting Jesus' payment for your sins or fallen human state resulting in wrong thoughts and actions means that an eternal damnation awaits you when you die. Jesus died on a cross for the sins of everyone in the the world two thousand years ago. That meas that all your past and future sins are already forgiven. You do however need to personally accept His death and resurrection for you and come into a personal relationship with him to be saved from an eternal hell. We read in Romans 10:9 that, "If you declare (with your mouth) that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

Life’s Biggest Question (With thanks to the Soul Winning Script)
Has anyone ever told you that God loves you and that He has a wonderful plan for your life? If you were to die this very instant, do you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you would go to heaven? If you say yes, then that is great but why would you say so? If you respond with anything less than,“I have Jesus in my heart,” or something similar to that, then let me proceed. Let me share with you what the Bible reads. It says, “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God” and “the wages of sin is death but the (free) gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” The Bible also reads, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” You are a “whosoever” right? Of course you are! Now go ahead and click on "Salvation Prayer" on the right hand side and read and pray the prayer for your salvation!

Pray this Prayer for Your Salvation out loud!
Lord Jesus, bless my family and I with long and healthy lives. I wish to receive you in my heart now. Make yourself real to me and do a quick work in me. Come into my heart Lord Jesus, Forgive me of my sins. Wash and cleanse me. Set me free! Thank You that You died for me. I believe that You are risen from the dead and that You are coming back again for me. Fill me with the Holy Spirit. Give me a passion for the lost, a hunger for the things of God and a holy boldness to preach the gospel or good news of Jesus Christ. I am now saved! I am born again. I am forgiven and on my way to heaven because I have You Jesus, in my heart!

How safe are you?

To help you memorize Psalm 91 as personal safety affirmations, watch my video on YouTube by clicking on this link; http://www.youtube.com/user/arnoing#p/a/u/0/H56Jo13Oo6Y
Rioting and Looting
From Cairo to Damascus, from Athens to London and Philadelphia, we are seeing a world-wide increase in political upheaval, rioting and looting. The Biblical speaks in an end-time prophecy of an increase in lawlessness. Some commentators blame the criminal behavior of stone-throwing youths on a lack of discipline from parents. Others cite the global economic downturn as the reason. Yet others blame the unrest on the withdrawal of entitlements by governments that can no longer pay for them. No doubt, they are all right.
Predictions of global economic collapse if enough reason for millions to become fearful. Where will your food come from? What happens if people start looting the grocery stores? How can we keep providing for our families and ourselves? Should I arm myself with guns? These are all logical questions that all natural minds seek answers to.  The times are drawing near when, “there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; men’s hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.” Luke 25:21

God can let you fly far above all trouble!
Build your house now!
If you know anything about God it is that he is not natural but supernatural. He is also not logical like us as His thoughts are not our thoughts. He is not afraid and as believers commands us to, “Fear not!”  The Good News is that He promises us a safe passage! In order to make safety a reality we are again faced with the challenge to change our thinking. You need to stop thinking about natural events, no matter what is happening around us and fill our thoughts forcefully with his promises of safety. You need to do that now! Like my old Pastor Derek used to say, “You can’t build a house in the storm!” Yes, you have to build your house before the storm of danger comes, before food shortages come, before looting and rioting comes to your town and to your street.
The house you need to build is the one in your mind. Fill it with God’s promises of safety and your life will be lifted above the natural into the supernatural realm. There is a place for you right here in this natural world where you can remain safe and provided for, no matter what others around you are going through. God is able to feed you when there is no food to be bought. Logic says that is impossible, but God says all things are possible to Him and to you if you will only believe it. He can and will do it, but you have to do your part. “Fear not!” It is your job to build that peaceful, joyous and trusting place in your thoughts. “Be transformed,” says the Word, “by the renewing of your mind!”

Not the truth of natural circumstances but the truth of His Word!

A simple and wonderful place to start is the scripture, “No weapon formed against you will prosper.” Isa 54:17. There is no end to the security that a promise such as this can carry you if you truly make it your own.
Psalm 91
The whole of Psalm 91 was written to enable you not to fear. Your job is to force the fear from your heart by God’s loving promises to keep you not only safe and sound, but provided for in every way. Remember, God is not limited by natural conditions and can create what seems impossible just for you.

How blessed are you?

Learn these Scriptures!
You cannot spend your time any better than to learn these scriptures from Deuteronomy 28 that I re-wrote as personal affirmations off by heart. To help you do just that, check out and listen and re-listen to my YouTube video at http://www.youtube.com/user/arnoing#p/u/4/yWBJvuwKGyA
God’s blessing is yours if you can believe it.
The blessing of God rests on those He covenants with.
God said to Abraham that his wife would bear a son named Isaac, and that He would establish His everlasting covenant with Him and his descendants. He promised to make Abraham into a great nation, and to bless him, to make his name great, and that he will be a blessing to others. (Genesis 12:2 and 17:8)
The blessing is the spoken word of God over your life. It started with Abraham and continued from father to son down the generational line. Isaac in turn blessed his son Jacob with these words, “May God Almighty bless you and make you fruitful and increase your numbers until you become a community of peoples.” Genesis 28:1.
Beautiful Words
Jacob blessed all his sons with prophetic words that were appropriate to them and his son Joseph with these beautiful words,“Joseph is a fruitful vine, a fruitful vine near a spring, whose branches climb over a wall. With bitterness archers attacked him; they shot at him with hostility. But his bow remained steady, his strong arms stayed limber, because of the hand of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel, because of your father’s God, who helps you, because of the Almighty, who blesses you with blessings of the skies above, blessings of the deep springs below, blessings of the breast and womb. Your father’s blessings are greater than the blessings of the ancient mountains, than the bounty of the age-old hills. Let all these rest on the head of Joseph, on the brow of the prince among his brothers.” Genesis 49:22-26.

Blessings Explained
God further instructed Abraham’s descendants through Moses as follows, “Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you, and none will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will give you a full life span.” Exodus 23:25-26
In Deuteronomy 28 God expands our understanding of just what it means to be blessed by God and sets the condition for receiving it all, obedience to his commands. In Psalm 128 the Psalmist put it this way, “Blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in obedience to him. You will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours. Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house; your children will be like olive shoots around your table. Yes, this will be the blessing for the man who fears the Lord.” In Proverbs 10:22 we find this wonderful promise;”The blessing of the Lord brings wealth, without painful toil for it.”
Blessings to Followers of Christ
As believers in Christ, knowing Jesus and experiencing God's presence is the greatest blessing of all. In addition, we also know that all God’s blessings to Abraham and his descendants are ours! “God redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit." Galatians 3:14
“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.” Ephesians 1:3
Furthermore, if we do sometimes sin but ask forgiveness, we are not subject to the curse that came upon the children of Israel if they were disobedient! Galatians 3:13
“Christ purchased our freedom [redeeming us] from the curse (doom) of the Law [and its condemnation] by [Himself] becoming a curse for us, for it is written [in the Scriptures], Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree (is crucified)” Galatians 3:13
God’s blessing is yours if you can receive it!
What a deal! You may consider every promise of God in the Bible as a personal blessing, spoken by God over you. You cannot spend your time any better than to learn these scriptures from Deuteronomy 28 that I re-wrote as personal affirmations off by heart. To help you do just that again I say, check out and listen and re-listen to my YouTube video at http://www.youtube.com/user/arnoing#p/u/4/yWBJvuwKGyA

The Enforcer!

The story is told in 1 Samuel 30, that King David and his men returned to a town and found that it was burned, and their wives and sons and daughters were taken captive. He and the men with him lifted up their voices and wept until they had no more strength to weep. His two wives also had been taken captive, and his men spoke of stoning him because they were all bitterly grieved. But David encouraged and strengthened himself in the Lord and inquired of the Lord, saying, Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them? The Lord answered him, Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all. So David went, he and the 600 men with him smote the enemy from twilight to the evening of the next day, and not a man of them escaped, except 400 youths who rode camels and fled. David recovered all that the enemy had taken and rescued his two wives. Nothing was missing, small or great, sons or daughters, spoil or anything that had been taken; David recovered all.

David and Goliath -The size of the problem does not matter to the Enforcer of God's promises!
The promises in the Word of God don’t come to pass automatically but are conditional on our enforcement. Like David, God gives us word or a promise, but it is up to us to enforce it. David heard God’s promise, but he had to go out and enforce the result by decisive and aggressive action.
Has the enemy stolen your health, your money, your peace or your joy? Jesus tells us that, “The thief (Satan) comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” John 10:10. Again, the Bible tells us to, “Submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” James 4:7.

Wikipedia reads that the term “enforcer” is an unofficial role in ice hockey. The term is sometimes used synonymously with "fighter" or "tough guy".  An enforcer's job is to deter and respond to dirty or violent play by the opposition. When such play occurs, the enforcer is expected to respond aggressively, by fighting or checking the offender. Enforcers are expected to react particularly harshly to violence against star players or goalies.

As a believer you must take up the role of the enforcer and stand, stand and stand on the promises of God aggressively until they materialize. Either God’s promises are true, or He does not mean them. You decide. “Let God be true and every man a liar.” Romans 3:4. If anyone tells you that God is bringing on the problem or just testing you or is saying no to you concerning a promise, let God be true and that man a liar.
Mark 4:15 clearly tells us that problems arise through the devil to pressurize you into giving up on the Word of God. Respond with mental aggression and strength and deter dirty mental play by Satan who is getting to your mind through another person(s). Don’t believe their words, believe the written promise.
Too many good believers never see God’s promises fulfilled. Don’t be one of them. Just like David, strengthen yourself in God’s word, and enforce the victory!
